The Bible teaches us that on one occasion children were brought to Jesus so that He would pray for them, but this upset Christ’s disciples and this caused our Lord to respond thus: “But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 19:14).
