“The Blessing” is a beautiful praise performed by the Christian group Elevation Worship, and as its name says, it is a song that invokes the Lord’s blessing on our lives.
Remarkably, this is a song that harmonizes what was said in Numbers chapter 6 when God spoke to Moses to tell Aaron and his sons the words of blessing that they should invoke on the people of Israel:
24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
