Jim Caviezel, an actor who rose to fame in 2004 for his role as Jesus in the Mel Gibson-directed film “The Passion of the Christ,” spoke about his film about persecuted Christians in the Middle East.
The film is titled Infidel and will be released in the United States on September 18. It has been described as a “contemporary Middle Eastern thriller”, and its story is about an American kidnapped while participating in a conference in Cairo, who ends up imprisoned in Iran on charges of espionage.
