Throughout its existence, the human being has created gods, from a stick, the elements (earth, water, fire), the stars, to whatever else they can think of. But, regardless of this, the Bible teaches us that there is only one true God, who is our beloved Lord.
Psalm 115, which is what we will use in this article, is a Psalm that I like as it begins, because it speaks of people getting upset asking where our God is, as today, we see diseases, hunger, wars , etc. and there people question our faith, and this should not weaken us, but we must continue to believe that our God is in heaven:
2 Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
3 But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
